What we collect. The details you enter in the inquiry form, plus a one-way hashed request fingerprint used only to limit abuse. If you engage us, we also hold project information, which can include aerial imagery and other spatial data about properties and assets.

Spatial data can identify people. Aerial imagery and location data can reveal people, vehicles, properties and routines. We treat such data as confidential, limit access to those delivering your engagement, and share it only as agreed in writing.

Why. To reply to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to deliver your project. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in separately.

Who provides this service. This website, its database and sign-in are hosted on Lovable Cloud. Inquiry and account emails are sent through Lovable's managed email service once the sender domain is verified. We do not sell your information.

Safeguards. Access to inquiry and project data is restricted by database-level access rules; administrator access additionally requires a second authentication factor. These are the safeguards currently implemented — this draft makes no certification or compliance claims.

Retention. Retention periods are to be set by the owner. Until then, inquiries are kept until you ask for deletion.
