Terms of use
No engagement without a written agreement
Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking, contract or commitment by either party. A commission begins only when scope, pricing and dates are accepted in a written agreement signed by both parties. Receipt of an inquiry is not acceptance.
Source rights and lawful access
The client confirms they hold the rights, permissions and lawful access needed for any data acquisition on or over the property or assets concerned. VAELCENDRE Global does not acquire data without confirmed lawful access.
Dataset dates, quality and uncertainty
Every dataset reflects conditions at the time of acquisition. Deliverables state their acquisition dates and known limitations; spatial data carries inherent uncertainty, which is documented rather than hidden.
Accuracy and validation
Accuracy targets and validation methods apply only where agreed in writing for the specific commission. Nothing on this site implies survey, engineering or other professional certification, and no deliverable guarantees detection of every defect or condition.
Use of AI-assisted analysis
Where AI-assisted tools contribute to analysis or presentation, their output is labeled as such and may contain errors. AI output is an aid to interpretation, not a substitute for professional judgement.
Deliverable licensing
Ownership and licensing of deliverables are set in each written agreement. Until agreed, deliverables remain the property of VAELCENDRE Global.
Confidentiality
Both parties treat engagement details, spatial data and deliverables as confidential, as set out in the written agreement.
Changes and cancellation
Change requests and cancellation are handled under the terms of each written agreement. This site sets no blanket nonrefundable policy; any such terms exist only in the signed agreement.
Illustrative imagery
Imagery labeled as a campaign concept or placeholder is illustrative and does not depict completed client work.
Client portal approvals
Creative approvals recorded in the client portal are not a legal contract. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement.
